2021 Clémentine

'Clémentine' has been produced since the 2015 vintage, taking its name from Andrew and Marie's daughter.

The 2021 is a blend of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Malbec, 22% Merlot and 11% Petit Verdot.

‘Clémentine’ is bright ruby in colour. The nose is delicate, with intermingling red fruits, violet, cassis leaves and graphite.

The palate is bright and mineral, and soft in texture. Flavours of violet and blue fruits combine with charcuterie notes, with lively acidity lengthening the finish.

This wine will be best enjoyed between 2029 - 2032.
