Woodlands first bottled Malbec separately in 1993. From 2002 we have produced a Woodlands Vineyard Malbec each year - the \u003cem\u003eReserve de la Cave\u003c\/em\u003e. When vintage and volume allows, we have also been able to produce small amounts of Malbec with the Wilyabrup Valley label.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter harvest the fruit was destemmed, hand sorted, crushed and fermented in small stainless steel fermenters.
